Talent recruiter

Do you love people and events? Can you spot great talent from a mile away? Are you flexible on your scope of work and are you eager to learn, grow, and make a difference? If you are ready to have a real impact, keep reading...

We are a small team of seasoned technology and healthcare experts with a significant investment from a top-tier investor, tackling one of the biggest challenges of the 21st century: The healthcare industry. Not the boring part of that industry. The cool part that touches people directly using modern technology, help them get care when needed, and give them peace of mind at some of the least fun moments of life.

You are a person eager to stretch your expertise and role to help us find, attract, and recruit the top developers, designers, and product folks from London to come work at DoctorLink. You have some (or a lot) of experience sourcing tech candidates (online and offline), screening, participating at events, and creating a smooth flow for candidates to go through the interview process and become employees.

This opportunity is not easy, but it's meaningful. You'll help us define many pieces of our recruiting strategy, and you'll represent the company vision and values to the world.

Here is what we expect from you:

  • You have worked on recruiting and sourcing talent, bonus points if you worked at a fast-growing startup.
  • You have exceptional people skills.
  • You get thrilled when you match the perfect person with the perfect role.
  • You are tech savvy with LinkedIn, Twitter, job boards, and other tools of the trade.
  • You are comfortable working flexible hours, including attending evening meetings, hosting our own events, and participating in job fairs.
  • You have great communication (verbal and written) English skills.
  • You have a knack for marketing.
  • You are not afraid of taking more responsibilities as the role grows in scope.

Here is what you'll get from us:

  • Incredible support to be (and become) the best that you can be.
  • The tools and the training to excel at your job.
  • Work in a meaningful company helping people, doctors, nurses, and more.
  • Work in a committed, talented, and supportive team.
  • A great compensation package.

We are firm believers in the value of diversity and equality at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age or marital status.

This is a part-time position (between 20-30 hours a week) to begin, with the possibility to grow into a full-time position. We work out of a fantastic co-working space in Oxford Circus, but you'll work remotely, on-site, and at events. Your compensation will depend on your experience.

We are biased by competency, action, kindness, collaboration, speed, and modern approaches and look forward hearing from you.
